After Adultery and Cocaine Allegations; Tiwa Savage and Husband, Tbillz Kiss and Make Up

Accusations and counter accusations, suicide attempt, crocodile tears, unnecessary interviews, the social media rants, the played drama and the whole madness when you know you would surely go back to your vomit.

Words from Inside sources says newly signed artist of Roc Nation and Mavin First lady, Tiwa Savage is now back to the open hands of her once suicidal and cocaine sniffing husband, Tunji Balogun popularly known as Tbillz.

As much as a part of me would want to be happy that these two are back together, I can't help but frown at their display of immaturity. We all know that marriage is not a bed of roses and the first few years are the hardest but that's why God gave us brains so we can apply wisdom in everything we do.

The worst thing to do as a celebrity is to trade your business on social media because the internet never forgets. Hence the reason why Celebrities especially the female ones should carry themselves with grace and poise, They should apply this old saying (A woman is to be seen not heard) to their lives, to avoid unnecessary embarrassment. All Madam Tiwa would have done when her husband played her life on the media was to keep quiet especially since she knows she still have feelings for the man. Countering his statements was totally unnecessary.

Well, it is still a relief that they are back together, if not for anything but for the sake of their bundle of joy (Jamil) and all thanks to their billionaire friend who I hear settled the rift between them and thankfully they have learnt their lessons and are doing everything possible to kept their private lives off social media.

I hope other celebrities learn from this! Here is wishing Mr and Mrs Balagon all the best as they try again to make it work. Who knows, this second trial might just be the charm :)

  1. the major work to be done's at the hands of TeeBilz. He knew her craft and the demands of the industry before he married her as well as the pitfalls, threats and great opportunities despite all those hidden and obvious dangers!

He ought to be man enough to shield her from all the negatives and concentrate on nurturing his wife's love, affection and trust to the point that he becomes the only real thing in her make-believe world of actors, posers and wannabes. That way, she always will come home regardless knowing her man's got her back, besides Tiwa's not a wayward girl...so, where's the stress?

Some men in his shoes would be hosting thanksgiving testimonies on daily basis for being married to one of Nigeria's most prominent faces. Betwewen his behaviour, character and the various sleazy "edible caterers" how are we sure he was faithful to her throughout their marital episode?

A more mature and less self-centred soul would even have built a bigger business out of himself with the leverage of his wife's strong and pervasive brand image on the African and global entertainment scene.

He should go and understudy the likes of Oputa's (Charlie Boy & wifey); Tunde & Wunmi Obe, Lara George, Tope Alabi, Olu Jacobs & Joke Silva etc instead of whining. If he screws up this time again, he should know boys are not smiling o.
